Jack Holder
President
It was evident early on that Jack loved entrepreneurship. He believes that inspiration came from first watching and later, at age 16, working alongside his amazing grandparents to learn how to run a business. And there a passion was born.
After graduating from PSU, and a slight detour, America's finest city beckoned. Without a job or place lined up, Jack drove to sunny San Diego. After many interviews and thorough consideration, Jack decided to take a chance on insurance because it gave him the opportunity to help solve real problems.
He enjoys fishing, the outdoors and brewing his own beer. Fun fact: Jack worked and lived on a ski resort and a cruise ship.

Jackie Holder
Vice President Operations
Jackie has over 13 years enhanced benefits experience, gravitating towards industry and indirect technical advancements. That interest and her out of the box thinking allowed her to grow to a top 0.4% nationally recognized carrier rep before co-founding Enhanced Benefits Insurance Solutions.
She moved to San Diego to obtain her Bachelors of Science degree in Business Management from San Diego State University. After graduating, she couldn't bring herself to move away from the great weather. Jackie is the mother of two lively girls, on the PTA board and involved with Girl Scouts. In her free time, she enjoys time with her family, baking, puzzles and a fierce game of billiards.

Crystal Armstrong
Account Manager
Crystal has over five years of experience working in the enhanced benefit field and has a passion for helping her clients. Providing a clear understanding through proper education and having a genuine connection to clients is what is most important for her in this industry.
Crystal was born and raised in San Diego with her three brothers after both of her parents left their military service in the Marine Corps. She graduated from SDSU with a B.A. in International Business and traveled across Europe studying German for her degree. Crystal currently resides in Las Vegas with her family as our Nevada producer and still visits San Diego for work and family often.

Delma Cloyd
Benefits Counselor
Delma is native to San Diego. She brings over 35 years of experience in customer service.
Her first job was at Thrifty’s- Ice Cream Server! Then promoted to cashier. She then worked her way up at Acura and Toyota dealers as a parts person. As the industry changed she decided to t move into insurance.
She enjoys working with EBIS because she gets to travel, meet people where they are at and help them make decisions to protect their families.

Emily is an SDSU Alumni who is hardworking and dedicated to helping others. She is fluent in English and Spanish. Her passion for helping people has led her to the insurance industry. San Diego has been home for her family for over 12 years, and she enjoys going to the beach every chance she gets!

Laura Gutierrez brings over nine years of insurance industry experience to EBIS. Raised in Los Angeles, she understands that no two families are the same and that every family has unique needs. Her mission is to provide outstanding service with a personal touch.
The past four years, Laura's focus has been empowering policyholders to fully understand and comprehend their policies by providing detailed information regarding all features of their plans. Laura’s dedication to superb customer service and satisfaction has earned her excellent regards by clients and professional colleagues at all the companies she has worked and collaborated with.
